Trang Trinh is a strategy and operations leader, who obtained the Chartered Accountant designation with PwC to drive finance strategy and business operations at Loblaw Companies and Joe Fresh, before moving to Deloitte. Trang worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions during her time at Deloitte, leading the cannabis sector from an M&A lens. Trang brings her strategic expertise and deep relationships in the sector to her role as CEO of TREC Brands.
Trang is also renowned as a talent builder, helping to grow the TREC team. In her relentless pursuit of diversity and inclusion and the advancement of women, she has become an inspiration and mentor to many. She is a mentor for Girls E-Mentorship, an organization that provides guidance and mentorship to high school girls, our future leaders. She was also a founding member of Shaping Her Esteem (SHE), a not-for-profit organization focused on creating and building confidence in young girls. Trang continues to pursue her mission of equality and building a values based culture at TREC Brands, a company who believes that values drive profits, not the other way around.
Trang holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
